RoCo Auto Text Messaging (SMS) Consent
RoCo Auto, a mobile and shop auto repair service in Rockwood, TN, sends text messages only to customers who ask for them.
How customers opt in
Customers request an estimate at rocoauto.com/request-quote. On the last step, Contact, they enter their name and mobile number. They can then check an optional, unchecked box that reads:
Yes, I agree to receive text messages from RoCo Auto about my estimate, repair status, invoices, vehicle inspection reports, and appointment reminders. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Consent is not a condition of service.
Checking the box isn't required to submit the form or to get service.

What we text
We send estimate links, repair status updates, invoices, vehicle inspection reports, and appointment reminders. We don't send marketing texts.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies with your repair, usually a few messages per visit. Msg & data rates may apply.
